Norstad is a development company with a focus on developing property projects, supported by digital technologies and property technology. In collaboration with the partners of the project – including investors, advisers, authorities, contractors, and tenants – we add value to the project.

Norstad is part of the Jensen Gruppen (Jensen Group), who are behind several well-known construction and development companies within construction, property, and digitization.

CEO is Jacob Gade who among other things has project development director in Skanska and investment director in the equity firm CapMan.
